JULY 28: Pets take on their owners' personas in Mini Pet Parade
Not many people knew that Jenny Balzer of Paragon was playing the Chicken Grand Marshal of the Mini Pet Parade Sunday. It's not something that would normally come up among chatting teenage girls.


JULY 16: Family finds sanctuary
The family of Kasey Poindexter and Brian Schaeffer became the first in Morgan County on Tuesday to move into a manufactured home provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The homes are designed to help families that lost their homes in the June flooding.


JUNE 18: Wabash students help clean up
The residents of Laveianan Trailer Court received some much needed help Tuesday when students from Wabash College made the 100 mile trek from Crawfordsville to Martinsville to aid them in their efforts to clean-up after recent flooding.
