I'm not calling it source of fact.. What I'm saying is these videos show you what the damages of the real world are caused by humans. Unfortunately, it is wrapped up inside of a conspiracy theory video in which includes factual evidence of mans damage to the world. And what else would you like to call these people?? Flower Children or Brain Dead Pot Heads.

And whether you think its true or not about a certain group of people that want to control the world through population control, "The Bilderbergs", "The UN", "New World Order". Whatever you want to classify it as??. here's a good set of videos for you to watch.... its a video in 6 parts put out by BBC (British Broadcasting). Watch them all. This pretty much explains their intentions and reasoning behind their intentions. It talks about global warming, population control, resource consumption and everything.

Look, I agree with you that we use an excess of everything in this country. But, its not just us. And its not all due to mans pollution. Its due to everything Farming the land too much and developing hybrid crops that dont contribute to the environment, and on and on and on... I'm just tired of the hippies and the tree huggers hiding from the rest of the real world in the back woods trying to blend in with the hillbillies and rednecks; thinking that "They think I'm smart" so they spout stupid crap that they have no fact for. Trying to sway the opinions of at least somebody. No.. I will call them out and make them look like the idiots they are.

And believe me, I remember the old computer technology myself. My first computer had a frickin tape drive OK. floppy disk was only a dream for personal consumers and something only few big corporations had at the time and they were 8" wide and only held 80kb of data. So, yeah I remember all that crap.. I remember the tape drives with punch marks on the tape. So, I'm not too far behind you in reminiscing the past OK.

nobody,
Disingenuous???
Your implying that I am throwing false information out here in order to mislead people?? You better read through your forum completely again!...
No we are not talking theories here.. The article started off as an economic situation in 2012. Rainbow Frickin Magic over here threw his 2 cents in with citing an article about "global warming and the oil pipeline???" (which was put out by the CEO of New World WindPower LLC... A company that makes its money through marketing renewable energy) Trying to imply a political stance on the forum article with the oil propaganda crap is what he was trying to do. Totally off topic if we're discussing "economic situations in 2012" Right??! Or, maybe he's trying to market renewable energy products??? So, I am going to put him on the spot and bust his junk for him... No Problem!... And you don't cite articles in context if you are trying to suggest you are talking about a "theory" you have. Citations are associated with facts unless you specify what you are talking about and use it as a reference.. In your case "theories" "My theory is... And, here is my reference... But No, Rainbow over here was citing an article to imply fact for his political stance on global warming. Then Danny put his remarks in there about not believing everything you hear from the global warming propagandists, and that the technology of green energy is not near effective enough. Thus, implying that its not efficient enough to rely on as a primary source for our energy needs. Then spouts about the earth actually cooling down. Where that came from??? I don't know???? Then you try to mediate with your song and dance of how we have cleaned up our act since the late 40's and early 50's; with your experience of the Smog of Pittsburgh and yet technology hasn't applied itself hard enough toward this problem. (Which I agree it hasn't applied itself hard enough) Then Rainbow Magic spouts his stupid crap asking Danny about how did the banks buy the scientists and how does he see it that green energy is not that effective?? Here is his quote:

RaynBo said:
Thank you nobody, I concur. And Danny, the world is cooling? Really? Where is your science to back this up? The Banking Industries bought scientists? How is Green Energy ineffective? Do explain in detail please?

So, I put "The Facts and Figures" right out there in plain sight on the forum for everyone to see his stupid blabber!
And who the heck said "anything!" about Banks buying up the scientists????? If that isn't disingenuous to you... then I don't know what to tell you?? Because then your obviously misguided. All that statement was meant to do was guide the focus of conversation into a conspiracy theory discussion and deter the real focus of the conversation from what he was trying to imply.

And, I never said anything in which you imply that I don't think alternative energy is not worth pursuing. And I didn't say that mans pollution doesn't contribute to global warming nor did I say that I don't believe that global warming is happening. Yet, I don't think that man's pollution has caused near as much global warming as the propagandists put out there. It is "fact" that the Earth goes through cycles (about every 1000 to 3000 years) with its global warming due to CO2 and Methane levels rising and falling. The last major cycle the Earth had was 250,000 years ago. and, after every global warming there is a cooling process in which the Earth endures. Yet, the propagandists don't want to put that information out there.

For every propaganda speech, there is always something behind it, trying to be sold to you.

So, before you go calling me dis"i"ngenuous... You better completely do your research first and completely read the forum... Not only the last statement or two that shows up on your screen.

Here is my personal theory about the Green (Alternative) Energy Solution.

Although, I am planned on installing alternative energy myself, its really not any more efficient at the current time than power plants. I am installing it because I consider myself to be a survivalist and don't want to be dependent on society to provide me with what my family needs to survive and live somewhat comfortably. When the power goes out for you. It won't for me! That's the only reason I am doing it.
The basics in your house will take around 1800 to 2400 watts continuous at 30 amps. Not including central air conditioner, washer and dryer, dish washer large screen TV's and so on. (Basics include water pump, basic appliances like radio, small tv, lights, refrigerator, possibly water heater and furnace.) and still some of this stuff you wont be able to run simutaneously with other stuff. Because it is too much power draw and won't work or will burn up your system.

So, here's what I need to do this:
a minimum of 10, 200 watt solar panels to equal 2000 watts at $440 each
or 5 wind turbines at 1000 watt each running $680 each because at the average windspeed for indiana (7mph) each turbine would produce about 200 watts continuous "while the blades are turning at 7mph" (no wind, no power... less wind less power, and it takes 5.5 mph to start charging batteries)roughly equates to 50 to 60 KWH per month. at 60kwh. I personally use roughly 8 to 9 kwh per day. so, I need four 12v 8G8D batteries at $998.20 each to store this power. Now I need a solar regulator to regulate the power input at $101 each, and, I need a Charge Controller to make sure the batteries don't over charge at $83 each. Since I want to use 2000 watt continuous from time to time, I need a 2000 watt inverter to convert the power from DC to AC which runs $115 each we might need a couple of these things according to how many stations we have in the household to run off this system. Now we need wires to connect all this stuff together (roughly about $400)

Now, with all of that out of the way, who is going to make this stuff?
It has to be bought from China or some other factory to pollute the environment with their industrial waste which contributes to your "global warming process" plus they have to use power themselves to run the machinery to make this stuff where do they get that? from coal and nuclear power plants which also contribute to your G-W process do you think batteries, copper wire, solar panels, wind turbines, inverters, regulators and controllers grow on trees?

So at what cost are we going "Green"???
So, now lets total this up and do some efficiency based math..

Solar panels or wind turbine at roughly $4,000
Batteries to store power again roughly $4,000
a regulator at $ 101
a charge controller at $ 83
an inverter at $ 115
wires and cables to connect everything $ 400
TOTAL $8,699
$8,699 divided by $100 average electric bill equals 87 months divided by 12 months in a year equals 7 years 3 months for the system to pay for itself yet every 5 years we have to keep sinking money into it to maintain the equipment at approximately $2000 a shot. which we have to pay the industries to pullute for us again... So, how efficient is that and at what cost are you going "Green"?

Here is my theory on it. No one wants to work at fast food because of all the adlocents and teenagers you have working there plus it doesnt pay enough to support yourself unless your on government cheese programs. An adult needs a job in which can produce the amount of funds needed to help sustain himself/herself and their family. Most of the large corporations have been bound and gagged by the unions in this country. (as a former union worker I can say it's different from the Jimmy Hoffa days. Our union didn't do squat for us except take our money. The only reason they wanted pay increases for the employees was because of their dues associated with it.)But anyway... The larger companies are bound and gagged because every person that comes through the shop has to join the union in order to remain an employee after hiring through the temp agency. And, the temp agency is no different than forcing a union on you except they take a portion of your wages and actually "don't care" because they will put a new person in your place within hours. The smaller companies are so bound by their competition for resources that they have on primary goal cut all costs to the bare minimum just so they can stay afloat. These are the types of companies that hire some prick to dangle that carrot over your head while you work for the temp agency. Never having to commit to an actual employer employee relationship. Because, the expense of having a full fledged workforce of their own is too large of a financial burden to stay afloat. Now the types of people you have working in the workforce are those that dont really care about their job because they are there just for the extra income and because the government cheese programs tell them they have to work so many hours to remain qualified. And, the ones that actually care about their jobs are on a 2 year leave on their unemployment because they don't want to deal with idiots that don't care. All because they don't want to put up with the nonsense for the same wage they would make if they were to re-enter the workforce on a new job at $10 to $11 per hour. What needs to happen is the state get involved to encourage employers to have their own workforces rather than outsourcing their labor. Also, to ban temporary agencies and to have a state rep at any union shop in which to implement a no tolerance policy of forcing people to join a union. After all, this is a right to work state! Then they need to have that same state representative oversee the relationship between the employer and its employees. This would create both private sector jobs as well as government jobs.

And, I say $350 to $400 a week because according to the article in the Reporter Times " Living in 2012 isn't that bad" the average salary is $17 per hour and at $17 an hour, you should clear around $400 a week from unemployment.

I agree with you on alot of what you are saying. Although, you must look at this scenario also.

If a person has contributed to unemployment for the last 2 to 3 years. And, they become unemployed. The average job out there wants to pay around $10 to $11 per hour, and alot of those jobs are reducing their wages because they know that they are jobs which are in demand due to the high unemployment rate.

The average unemployment salary is around $350 to $400 per week. for 2 years of compensation if they havent used it for a while.

At the going rate of $11 per hour for a job. that is $440 per week for 40 hours. Your gonna tell me that a person getting a free $350 sitting on his ace at home putting in applications on the internet is willing to sacrifice the free $350 a week for doing nothing just so they can go to work and hump their ace for some prick that dangles a carrot above their head for $440 per week??? I think not.. what I mean by dangling a carrot above their head is by hiring the person through a temp agency and telling them that they are on a list to be permanently hired ( the list that is 1 year to 2 years long) or, by implying they will be let go because they did not meet company standards ( most likely in the first few weeks they work there through the temp agency).

So, let me throw my statistics out here for you.
In 1934, most people were working locally. Today, most people have to travel to the next biggest city to find work.

at your rounded up figure of $17 an hour calculated to $680 per week..(which according to Indiana Business Review it would really be $16.63hr taken from an annual salary so who knows how many overtime hours had to be worked to get that annual salary).
We are going to have to knock off 25% of that right off the bat for taxes and SSI (which I probably wont ever get back because SSI is bankrupt and, which didnt start being collected until 1937 so that kicks aside your 1934 BS) which gives us ($510 per week)
If I have to travel to Indy every day for work. (30 to 35 miles one way)driving a beat up 1999 vehicle because I cant afford to buy a new car at today's prices(which a "2004" report by Edmunds.com stated that the average vehicle costed $30,000 roughly $65 per week not including car insurance and not including all the taxes they pile on the top of that $30,000 price tag)
gets me about 17 miles to the gallon. "According to the United States Department of Transportation, the average motor vehicle, including light trucks, in the US had a fuel economy rating of 17.1 MPG"
At your bloated $17 - taxes ($510 per week)that is already 20% of my pay check at $100 week to go back and forth to work..now lets tack on a mortgage payment of (which according to Indian Real Estate Market View is a whopping $1031 per month) divided by 4 weeks costs me ($257 week) so, now we are at a total of ($357 per week) so right there with those 2 things there's 70% of my pay check. Now lets tack on an electric bill (roughly about $85 according to Indianapolis Power & Light) tack on another $30 per month for gas according to Indiana Citizens Energy Group. So, Now we are at ($385 per week) now lets tack on groceries for myself, my wife and my 2 kids.. (If I shop at WalMart and by generic Great Value I can drop that price to roughly $150 per week)Now we are at ($515) per week from $510 per week) ... So, now I am bankrupt!! Should we go on about paing for school supplies for those 2 kids, cale TV since they are banning free public broadcast over the airways, internet, the price of having to buy The Reporter Times News, health insurance for us four in the house, god forbid the kids have to go to the emergency room for some stupid crap all kids do... On and on and on!!!...

So, you take your political bolstering of "the economy isnt that bad" and stick it in your ear.

Because, just because someone is the Under-Dog doesn't mask them the wrong person for the job. What it should represent to us is that there is still hope and an opportunity to instill our values into the next person on the ballot. There is an old saying..."If the old one ain't working.... And, trying to see how you might be able to clean house and improve your image as a community. I don't see any of the rest of you laying your junk out there on the line... So, until all of the rest of you can do the same... you need not tell anyone about getting a job and a life. What you need to do (since he's the only one out there willing to lay his junk on the line)..is, expressing to him what changes and improvements you would like to see happen. Then maybe he would be able to convey those in what he is speaking to the public about.

If you know he is a perv " Which he obviously is because he got caught (with his pants down)...lol" Then, why would you want to make him someone elses problem shoving him off on another kid?.. Not a real smart statement... how about this one... all the kids knew about him all these years!..." Whell, if the kids knew all of these years, then why arent the parents of these kids throughout all these years stepping forward to let it be known?.. Are you telling me that the parents of these kids are so distant with their kids that they dont even know what is happening in their childs life? especially in their academic life???".... So,you guys can take your 2 cents and put it in a bubble gum machine because thats pretty much all its worth... Maybe if you chew on that for a while we wouldnt have to be subject to the nonsense comments and gossip.

Isnt Danny the same goofball that ran and got beat for mayor? Now I see why he is so bitter! Get a job and life Danny and quit acting like you know everything!

CG...

Let me explain something to you "right" now!...
I have walked my 100 miles in this world. I am pretty politically savvy, and I "know" my history. So, if you would like to knock brains for a while?... Then bring it on!

So, NO!.. You ain't knocking Danny like that...
... Sorry Danny.... I know you don't need me to help you fight battles... but this moron ticked me off with that statement!

No matter who it is, whether they are the right or wrong person for the job. It takes a lot of junk to have the nerve to run for a political position in this country. Especially when 90% of your candidates are about their own selfish pursuits.
And I don't see your sorry ace attempting that endeavor!.. So when your name appears on a ballot for mayor, then you come in here and talk your trash to the town! alright!

I am in the military... I know what it's like to have to trust someone to have your back. Alright!... And, Danny would be my first choice to trust having my back other than some of the real "winners" you have in the town of Martinsville! Yeah!... he might make some mistakes in decisions... But, who doesn't... His intentions are in the right place... More than you can say for about 90% of your politicians in this country.
I grew up with Danny. I've known Danny for the last 32 years. We have been through the good and bad. We have been through circumstances in life in which you could only "think!" about as "maybe" even being a realm of possibility in your sorry excuse for a life! I give him a lot of credit in his endeavor for a political position.

So as soon as you grow the junk to put your name on the ballot, then come back in here and we will knock brains for a while. Because, I will make you out to look like a fool in your endeavor. OK!
