County BZA denies gay camp

I am glad that this camp was rejected. Sin is Sin and God's word does not change. If the board had approved it would have been very upset. I sm proud of those who made a stand against this lifestyle of those who have a retrobate mind and lay in wait for victims in roadside parks and such. No one is born Gay it is a learned life style. I am saddened that our PRESIDENT is supporting the gay right cause. Judgement day is coming friend! Its about time God's children started standing up for his word ! We have set idle too long. Good work Christians !

Martinsville police officers suspended for alleged use of Taser on boy

I have known Officer Jennings for about 6 years now and I know him to be a good officer as well a good person. I worked in Law Enforcement in the state of Florida for 13 years as a Sheriffs Dept Dispatcher. I am also a minister of the Gospel. When a LEO goes on a call each call is different and has to be handled differently. It is the officers descretion on how he handles each situtation. I am not condoning the use of physical force on a 10 year old child. Plus I do not know the childs past history other than causing problems in the past. But we need not place judgement on these officers until all the facts are in. These daycare operators are also at fault because they should have removed this child from their care since he had been a danger in the past. 10 year olds can throw quite a fit at times and can be a handfull. Mr Jennings is a good officer and had devoted 36 years to law enforcement. Maybe he should have reacted different but he made a mistake in his judgement. He should not be fired but should be repremanded somehow. Do not judge this man as a bad egg because of this one incident, no one person is perfect, we all make mistakes in Judgements. Let the man who is without sin cast the first stone !
