Phelps puts out alleged ‘hit list’
West2011 Wednesday, August 24, 2011: 8:59 am	Tarch - this is where he got the info from about the cell phone.. it is in the news report. go thru and read it. I posted for you to see part of it. Using search warrants, investigators were able to get phone and text records and copies of letters that Phelps allegedly sent to someone while in jail. The contents of one of those letters led to Phelps pleading guilty to the attempted murder charge.

The boy deserves a fair trial, but to hire someone to say what he said and then say "well I didnt have all the facts about the case" Then what I dont understand. is why is he even giving a testimony if he didnt have all the facts to begin with...

I do beleive that this psychologist's testimoney should be thrown out since he didnt have all the evidence that ne needed to do the right kind of evaluation. How can he even say that he was a threat to society without knowing all of the information... You just cant go off of just talking to him. You need all informtion to come up with a diagnosis. So I dont understand how he could even testify without having it all.

WTH!!!! is wrong with you ppl... I mean come on.. Parent need to take control of home situation and the schools take care of the school situations... I just want my kids home safely.. Some ppl act like this happens on a daily basis here in Martinsville. Well it doesnt... We do not live in a big city for a reason. Just pray every day that our children are safe.

I just dont understand y there wasnt more security all around.. It is not like someone couldnt walk in with something and do it all over again. What the heck is wrong with this town.... Why has there not been a town meeting with us parents to tell us how things were gong to be on the day they returned. We have asked tons of questions and have gotten no answers... My children did not go to school today!

1st of all I am a parent of a student that currently goes to WMS.. Michael Phelps was "EXPELLED" from WMS 2 months earlier with threatening to blow the school up with a bomb.. Mrs. Lipps knew of this but NEVER notified us parents about this.. With this being said, there should have been a heads up at that time the this kid was screaming for help in some sort of fashion. And it is an absolute shame that know one stepped into helping him when he was showing all kinds signs of aggressions, attitude changes and was previously a juvinile kid at the time of these incidences.. Y in the hell did no one step in to help him when he needed it the most. Now becasue of this my child has to suffer from what she seen and has to deal with this for the rest of her life and no other students asked for or deserved to see or hear such things. Where was the help for this kid Michael Phelps. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and the Jackson family and for all the children that were involved in hatred act... May GOD help us control our actions as parents when speaking in public. It is embarrassing sometimes to hear parents go off and their child is not the one in jail or in a hospital.
