Harmon found guilty of false informing

Found Guilty !YES! (^-^)/ Guilty on all five counts with 180 days suspended and 180 days on probation. I wonder if Karen Hensel is gonna treat her WHISH TV viewers with that news !?! Doesn't she generally find any excuse to bring her boyfriend Ryan in the spotlight ? Harmon is really piling them up. Now he is due in court on a charge of practicing law by a non-attorney ! The question is: what will happen to Harmon's private investigator licence now that he has been found guilty ? Since Tim Wilcox, his current boss at International Investigator Inc, sits at the Indiana Professional Licensing Board for Private Investigators and Security Guards , we can assume he'll get away with all this, just as he avoided once again doing any real Jail time. I personnally never believed that Harmon thought he had done things by the book when he had told Tim Wilcox he had been arrested in april 2012. Sitting at the board, Wilcox should have known better and told him to formally report immediately to the board. In my opinion, both men probably thought no one would be the wiser if they kept the lid on it. But then, Prosecutor Steve Sonnega filed a complaint against Harmon to the board. An unexpected move that forced it to take action... Harmon is a man who makes false informations and spreads lies. He has uses confidential information to push his political agenda. He has also conveniently leaked it to his journalist girlfriend. He has used time and again other people's miseries for his own benefit and as a mean of self advertisement. Now he's usurping other's prerogatives. How can such a man have a licence to investigate other people's lives and privacy ? What kind of scum is allowed in that profession ? How long will the "old boy Network" protect Harmon ? Oddly enough, Harmon's business website (Harmon Security Consulting) on which he claimed "the truth shall you free" has been taken offline recently and is currently "under contruction"... Only one thing is sure, if "lying shall send you to jail" Ryan Harmon would be serving 180 days behind bars right now...

Mister Harmon is the most disgusting person I can think of. It is only a good thing that he will go to trial and I pray he will be condemned, as a fabricator of his kind so rightly deserves. Let's sum up a sequence of events about Mister Harmon's recent feats as outstanding citizen. In the last weeks of 2012, Mister Harmon is informed and has elements, he says so later to a R-T journalist, that there is an ongoing investigation about Coroner Garry Long over sexually tinted messages the man has sent to a autist teen. He shuts his mouth and keeps the information up his sleeve. Since the said Long is kicked out of the Sheriff department, Harmon tells himself that the sit for Coroner will be vacant and he pictures himself sitting in it, making a little bit of extra cash, beside his private investigation business. On January 11th, he files for the election but discover, much to his dismay, that he won't be alone : The said Long has decided to run again. What happens behind the scene is easy to guess. Harmons blackmails Long into withdrawing, Which Long does. in the meantime, Annette Rohlman decide to run too for Coroner. All is almost for the best in the best of world for Mister Harmon, who is just as happy as anyone else to shut his mouth about Long's sins once long steps down. But Long has more balls than expected and, a week later, he officially endorses Annette Rohlman's candidature, which is of course « for those who know» a Heartfelt F-U and a big slap and in the face for Harmon. Harmon is the kind of guy who doesn't loose sleep about knowing Long's dirty secret. But he sure is a man with an inflated ego. All of a sudden !oh what a timing! WISH TV Journalist Karen Hansel who happens to be !Oh what a coincidence! Ryan Harmon's girlfriend makes a news report according to which a mysterious Indiana State Trooper (she might have forgotten the adjective « former ») has revealed to her Garry Long's dirty secret. Garry Long dragged in the mud a couple of days, Harmon looks like mister clean by comparaison and the campaign goes on... A few weeks later, on february 16th, the very hypocrite Mister Ryan Harmon tells a R-T reporter that he had details over the incidents implicating Long before they surfaced in the news and it didn't sit well with him. Why not blow the Wistle immediately then? Or on January 11th, then ? or the 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th or 16th ? Let's have a reality check here. Where others who knew were at least decent enough to feel embarrassment at Long's conduct and discretely got rid of him, Harmon saw an opportunity to access public office and to eliminate an opponent. When he used his girlfriend Karen Hensel as proxy to trash Garry Long, it wasn't because he was one bit outraged at Long's conduct or at other people's silence. Until Long endorsed Annette Rohlman, Harmon was just as happy as anyone else to shut his dirty mouth. It wasn't because he cared about the autist boy either. It was to extract revenge on someone who had bruised his inflated vanity... let see what followed... Comes mid February. Candidate Harmon has a problem : he thought he'd be the only runner for Coroner but now, he has three other opponents running against him. To make it worse, judging from the negative comments left on any R-T article about him, he has a serious popularity problem. But he has learned something from his little january stint : voters are suckers and they are none the wiser about his scheming in the dark. It turns out there is a new sex scandal in town ! Some old fart who works at the local high schoool got caught with his pants down in the charming compagny of a 17 YO teen !!! Public anger, of course ! He figures he could use that to have an advantage over his opponents. What does he do ? The holier than thou Mister Harmon gets in touch with law enforcement and the Indiana State Police, claiming to have information on the ongoing investigation. However, the cop who talks to him at the ISP quickly realizes that, far from trying to help him, Martinsville's Sherlock Holmes is feeding him worthless BS and is trying suck inside info on the investigation out of him. Now, why would a guy who is running for public office want to have inside info on such a super delicate matter? Well... Once you know that this candidate has on-demand access to prime time news thanks to his girlfriend, you don't have to be Einstein to figure that out. A certain journalist would interview a certain candidate for Coroner, who'd have certain exclusive information about ongoing child molesting at the local high school ! The news would be picked up by the local paper just like in January. And this certain candidate, now the saviour of Martinville's youth, now the shield of Martinsville's virtue, now the protector of all would get elected as Coroner, piece of cake. A man who sees an opportunity to get elected in a sex scandal involving a mentally deficient teen, and who later tries to instrumentalize the same kind of going-ons at a local high school, all this to push his political agenda by manipulating voters via his girlfriend... Well, this man is unworthy of public office and should be punished ! I read in the R-T that a local woman recently got 180 days of jail for fabrications. I ask for 180 days of jail for Harmon, I ask for 1800 days of jail for Harmon, I ask for 18000 days of jail for Harmon with each and every one of them served !
