the bottom line is there is no reason to use this kind of brutality if a parent did this they would land a trip to jail and as far as condeming the officers you are right i am and they should not only lose their jobs but be criminally charged i am also not blind to the fact that the daycare is also liable this is not the first time they could not handle this child and so if not trained to care for him why then was he there still what were they thinking probably more about the bottom dollar than the childs safety or other childrens safety

as ticked as i am about the police why is it no one is concerned about the daycare why did they continue to keep this child knowing the risk yes police are wrong but my understanding is this is an ongoing issue with daycare so why have they allowed him to stay there and why are parents allowing there children to go there knowing so little regard for there safety is taken into consideration when accepting applicants both are in the wrong im guessing they were making good money on this child and chose to take the chance obviously they were not trained to deal with him and should never have accepted him
