| Wolf gets probation, must register as sex offender | |
| kwag Thursday, August 16, 2012: 4:32 pm | Is anybody really surprised at the outcome? Furniss is still the Superintendent and Lipps is still the Athletic Director. Not one word mentioned about their negligence on the job. Why not let the two pervs go too? Welcome to Morgan County. |
| Furniss: Time for policy change | |
| kwag Monday, May 28, 2012: 1:46 pm | It is time for an administration change NOT a policy change. It is up to the school board to replace Furniss AND Lipps. Both of these men are directly responsible for the conduct of their coaches and should be fired for their incompetence. We should demand the school board replace them NOW. How about it school board? Are you going to act or are you going to sit and do nothing? |
| Teacher resigns amidst charges | |
| kwag Thursday, May 24, 2012: 11:17 pm | I wonder if we will be able to see the ISP investigation report. |
| Teachers face felony charges | |
| kwag Thursday, May 10, 2012: 4:18 pm | What about the responsibility of the Athletic Director and the School Principal? The kids took their reports to these guys and they didn't get the job done. It was right in their face and they either were too blind to see it or they didn't want to see it. Either way, they should lose their jobs too. |
| Wolf, McGown arrested, charges filed by special prosecutor | |
| kwag Wednesday, May 9, 2012: 9:34 pm | Anybody talking about the responsibility of the Athletic Director or the Principal....I'm just saying. |
| Hale doubts conflict law covers him | |
| kwag Thursday, April 5, 2012: 6:57 pm | One more thing. Kenny claims he is not an employee, therefore, shouldn't he be responsible for the legal fees that will be generated by Pete Foley to do the research necessary to give Kenny an opinion of his personal situation? I would bet almost anything Kenny expects the taxpayers to pick up the tab. I guess the legal fees submitted to the county by Mr. Foley are public information. I challenge him to single those charges out on his billing statement so we can see who pays them. |
| Hale doubts conflict law covers him | |
| kwag Thursday, April 5, 2012: 6:48 pm | This just sounds like wishful thinking on Kenny's part. I too have employees. Most are full time and some are contract. The fact is that they are employees either way. Sounds like it's time Kenny got a real job or gave up his political career. Kenny, don't make one of us sue you to do the right thing. Resign from one or the other. |
| Party delegate challenges defeated | |
| kwag Saturday, February 18, 2012: 7:29 pm | Seems to me that Weaver is trying to be the King of the Republican Party. He is crying because candidates don't have his blessing to run for office. Last time I checked, nowhere on the application to run for office does it ask for Weaver's signature of approval. As for how the vote turned out at the Election Board, isn't it part of Weaver's responsibility to know the voting laws? He is the Republican Chairman, after all. Don't blame the Clerk for your lack of knowledge about the process. Lastly, is it proper for Weaver to be supporting candidates before the primary? He should be neutral but seems to be anything but. |
