transplant1 Friday, February 1, 2013: 9:26 am	It is about time that they did this. Morgan Hospital is a clinic and should not be trusted to doing anything more complex than a simple routine check-up. Morgan Hospital cannot keep good educated doctors on staff and to call themselves a hospital is a disgrace.

My understanding is that Dr. Polar was being investigated long before Dr. Boyer decided to leave Morgan Hospital. Why do people want to blame this on Dr. Boyer? What does she have to do with Dr. Polar failing his boards three times and being investigated? Maybe one of the reasons she is leaving is because Tom Laux cannot seem to find competent physicians to practice at Morgan. Dr. Polar has been investigated before and whether of not he is a "nice guy" doesn't really matter. Just because someone is a "nice guy" does not mean they are competent.

transplant1 Tuesday, August 30, 2011: 2:21 pm	I do not think that Dr. Polar is being investigated because of his inability to pass the boards. You can work as a physician without passing the boards. He is being investigated because of something else. This is not Dr. Boyer's fault. It is Dr. Polar's fault. Maybe people should know what they are talking about before they accuse.

transplant1 Sunday, August 21, 2011: 1:06 am	All the Morgan hospital bashing aside, one has to be worried a bit about the town itself in view of all of this. Hospital closes doors, nursing homes follow suit, plenty of jobs lost... not a nice picture. Let's hope Morgan Hospital gets a serious do-over and continue in its current physical location.
