| version Thursday, January 5, 2012: 12:02 am | I know they have this right. However you have a high ranking officer that has plenty of years to back his choices making the call. Now to my knowledge there has neen no rulings in this county handed down by any judge that stated one could or could not handout readings of any type. Now a judge has ruled on it. I'm only saying put yourself in the shoes of the officer, on one hand you have a person upset that it was being done and on the other you have a person that was upset they got a ticket. The officer only took the steps that would allow a judge to rule on the matter. yes he should be allowed to hand it out. The officer was put into a no win situation, if he writes the ticket he could have been violating someone’s rights, if he does nothing then the police department, city and he are all racists. |

They were not trying to pull off anything! they did as trained. they put it in the hands of the prosecutor and judge. The police did act in the correct manner. The city judge has now set the tone. news papers or any other natural substance will not be considered lettering if tossed out the window. I say we get about 3 tons worth of news papers and place them on the steps of city hall. |

| version Wednesday, January 4, 2012: 5:28 pm | They probably don't trust the police because they read your last several post. You know especially the one where you stated "we are your police officers." lol come on now!! |

| version Monday, January 2, 2012: 4:57 am | "We are your judges, police officers, pastors, and many high up business owners" If your comment is true sir, I think it's a shame! If these people want to help others then they would not have any belief that would influence their decisions while at work. How can you twist the bible around to justify your pure ignorance. I think you have the right to belong however I think you lose that right if you've taken an oath. |
| State to drop charges against former Brooklyn town marshal | |
| version Friday, December 16, 2011: 7:34 pm | Terry is very intellectual he has talent, a talent that enabled him to manipulate week minded individuals. Now I know that seems like a challenge that is easy to achieve, however he ruled the community of Brooklyn like a modern day Leopold II of Belgium. I have those in my life that I trust dearly, but if they were to be indicted on federal charges I would have to second guess their inner path. Those whom fell victim to terry’s mind control still find terry to be an honest man. It’s truly sad. I pray that terry and his “people” find redemption over the next 14 years. |
| State to drop charges against former Brooklyn town marshal | |
| version Friday, December 16, 2011: 5:57 pm | grandma3, No its federal time therefore, He must serve 85% of the time sentenced. That is the exception not the rule. There is no “good time” or “in a day earn a day”. He’ll do a long stretch. And being 54 years old 14 years is close to life. |
