We all knew this was going to happen, and it shouldn't have come as a surprise of any sort. How many of us said that this is what would happen?

Good Job Brian Culp and the R-T for your determined attempt to hold our government accountable. This is your place in our constitution and we appreciate your stance.

Now, what is the next step in dealing with the officials that broke the law?

This can not be forgotten and someone must be held accountable for this. There comes a time when the "good ole boys" can not sweep these actions under the rug. Was in another county yesterday and this is definitely making the news and I don't mean good news. They couldn't believe they are still on the force.

It's all about who is holding office in our town and how they intend to uphold the law. Anybody that has lived in this town a good amount of time, knows that we are basically run by a group of good 'ol boys that believe they are above the law and can make their own rules. There has been too many things happen behind the scenes and outright, that gives evidence to that fact. Finally R-T is doing what needs done to shed the flood lights on how our government is really operating in this town. Don't forget to vote everyone!!

KUDOS to the RT Editorial Staff!

Please continue to call out our elected officials and hold their feet to the fire. I hope to see more of this kind of journalism. Writing like this is what is needed to make our local paper grow and succeed.
