One last post before they lock me out, LOL.

I'm also calling all of the business' currently advertising in the R-T and encouraging them to discontinue their relationship with the paper. Just remember to be polite and take a minute or two to explain why you are making such a request. This paper has taken on such a disdain for the local citizenry that it no longer remains a positive influence for our community and has assumed such an aire of superiority that I cannot continue to support. or even read, it.

The Arizona state legislature has passed a law — set to take effect in late July or early August — that would make it a crime under state law to be in the U.S. illegally. It directs state and local police to question people about their immigration status if there is reason to suspect they are illegal.

This is 100% a lie.

Don't you think as a newspaper you should investigate something before you report on it ?

Kinda like Hum... read the law that was written ?

This was supose to be a newspaper. How can we believe anything you wright from now on isn't a lie also ? This makes the paper no longer credible.

And not only not credible but childishly stupid by writing the following.

" that would make it a crime under state law to be in the U.S. illegally."

Come on RT, Who is on your " Reporter-Times staff editorial " ? This is something a completely ignorant freshman in high school would write.

Mr Culp don't you read what your kids write before you go to print ?

Just another thought. The federal government cannot account for TWO TRILLION DOLLARS that it took from our treasury over the last year. We have people in the Senate that wants to audit the federal reserve because of this. So I say this.

Yes, spend the a miserably few billion dollars to round up everyone who are in this country illegally and deport them. Even if it is 100 billion the payback would be ten fold to our treasury.

Remember for a illegal alien to work in the United states they have to have false documentation that makes them guilty of committing multiple federal crimes that you and I would spend up to 60 years in prison for.

Also, Remember to encourage someone to break the law is also a crime ( Conspiracy ) and that law should also be enforced. Maybe the RT should be investigated ?

Money spent on law enforcement is the most worthy of all.

The real riot is this. The ONLY thing in this Arizona law that new is it gives the citizens the right to sue law enforcement for not enforcing the law. And that's what all the uproar is over.

To see thousands of criminals rioting over the fact that someone is going to arrests them is expected . Duh.

I agree with R-T. We can't afford to send these people back, and it would be a terrible tax on the system to send them all through a court proceeding with court-appointed attorneys. I have another idea....

Hogs eat anything, and mine are really hungry.

Go ahead and cancel your RT and on line too. Just leave it alone for the rest of us to read. We have had our paper for many years and do not need it boycotted. I suppose you think you can do a better job of running it than Mr. Culp. I admit sometimes they seem to favor the Bloomington paper with news and our paper does not have much new in it at times. We are not a large town with exciting happenings(just part of the Time). We need to avoid TV cameras for a long time. And I have never met Mr. Culp.

Greg, bout those hogs? Call me.

Spanky, so long. If I disassociated myself with every thing that I did not agree with; I would have beat my television up with an axe, stopped reading (everything), and locked myself in my house (and kicked everyone out). This is not a logical solution to your disagreement.

send illegals back one at a time.......... the alternative is to lose your country, if you haven't already.

the illegals will vote as a block, unlike the few americans that vote with their heart and their mind. illegals will vote every hispanic, until we turn into a garbage can like the country they come from.
