I believe I recently heard that Arizona has the highest kidnapping rates in the United States (undocumented folks taking US citizens across the board for ransom). If I heard correctly, I, too, would be looking for my state and local government to make that stop immediately.

I completely agree if the federal government is not going to stop illegal immigration, the states need to step up and help the citizens of their communities.

Al Sharpton-what a laugh that guy is. Who really cares what he thinks or does, he's a clown. The city of San Franciso should be looking for a new attorney. The leaders of Mexico demanding a boycott, also laughable, they want those American dollars infiltrating Mexico, it's good for their economy.

Good luck, Arizona on your new legislation. I hope other states will follow your lead and put an end to this nonsense.

ABC News report what officials caution is now a dangerous and even deadly crime wave. Phoenix, Arizona has become the kidnapping capital of America, with more incidents than any other city in the world outside of Mexico City and over 370 cases last year alone

Hold up! After further consideration, I have to say that I think that Arizona should keep their illegal immigrants a little longer, at least until the federal government completes the census. The US Department of Commerce, the folks who conduct the census, don’t ask if you are a citizen or not, they don’t really care. So, with all those extra undocumented people living in their state that should give them several more Reps. in congress, right? What is it-one congressman for every 50,000? So, with an extra 350,000 in their state that would be an additional seven extra congressmen. Then Arizona could arrest all those undocumented people and fine them 2500 dollars each, which would be an additional 875,000,000 billion dollars into their economy. (Heck, I bet you could arrest many of them more than once and fine them each and every time.) Then the newly elected congressmen could get them some earmarks thrown into a bill every now and again. That could come to some pretty substantial money. Arizona could become the number one place in America to live.

I love desert landscapes.
