School general fund move has hurt us all

The last post of yours seems as much of a rant as anything on this story. No comment on this story says teachers shouldn't make any money. You speak of ignorance. If the general public is so ignorant, would that be because of problems with their education? Here's a reality check for ya, You said more in that statement to condemn teachers than any other comment on this story. Shame on you! |
| 123456789 Wednesday, May 19, 2010: 8:00 am More from 123456789 | It looks like Liberty has become annoyed and bought a dictionary. Perhaps, he has even cut and pasted information from his Wikipedia post. I am thoroughly impressed by your pompous nature and ability to manipulate a mouse. |
| Liberty Wednesday, May 19, 2010: 11:11 am More from Liberty | Hey 123456789, I'm glad I was able to impress you. I think you may need a Reality Check ( wink, wink, wink ) You seem to think I have to copy and paste what I write about. When people make assumptions like that they usually assume everyone starts from the same baseline of knowledge that they have. We obviously don't. When those with little knowledge and understanding are void of being able to carry on a intellectual conversation of an issue they tend to just sit back and make fun of those they resent and feel inferior of. I understand that and hold no contempt for you. I will teach you a little about the Internet you may not know. At any time you can copy and paste a paragraph of any post or writing onto Google and it will show you all the places it exists in cyberspace. This also works with Yahoo but Google's spiders are more complete. Go ahead and check it out by coping part of a post here...Pretty cool huh ? That's how they check for plagiarism. That's how I know were others get their info. When you see an exact match you know. Many can use some of the same words in similar ways but when 2-3 sentences match you know. You can see that sometime dozens of sites contain plagiarized pieces that get spread over and over but you can trace them back to the originals by their stated date. Now if I copy and paste something I will usually state this is " from " or a " repost " etc. Now go have some fun. Not sure why you feel the need to be childish and call people childish names for providing the public some awareness of what union teachers like you are supporting with your payoff's to the NEA and what is most important to you RC. Now here is a RE-POST you can sink your fangs into.
Hey here is a good read of a study. Be sure to get the reference books. Click Here : Chronology of the NEA . |
| A Hoosier Wednesday, May 19, 2010: 11:20 am More from A Hoosier | Dang it, Liberty. I wish you had shown me that Internet trick a half hour ago. It took me 15 minutes to find where I copied and pasted that info on the TIF. I wanted to add the website,so no one thought that I wrote that. Thanks for the heads up. |

That's alright HOOS, We probable won't see as much in the comment section because of it but at least it may keep people honest. It's OK to copy and paste and legal under the Fair Use policy of the US code when used on a non-profit basis for educational and discussion purposes but should be indicated when done. Most people don't realize that the search engines have web spiders that constantly crawl billions of sites logging trillions of words, nor do most know they can search sections of print. This very post will soon be searchable because I can feel a little spider crawling on me now......Ouch. smack...pesky little critters they are. . |
| A Hoosier Wednesday, May 19, 2010: 11:55 am More from A Hoosier | My son accused me of plagiarism when he read the post. So I thought for sanity sake, I should post my resource (as he called it). Plus I would never spell maneuveer incorrectly, or would I? Thanks again. |

You may have been caught-up in the net by accident Hoos, besides you aren't guilty of plagiarism. I think you identified your source by your " Read More " link at the bottom of your post pointing to the http://www.bloomingpedia.org/ source. Remember, when used in a sentence with the word "Political" , " maneuver " is alway spelled " Manure ". Just for your future reference. . |
| A Hoosier Wednesday, May 19, 2010: 12:18 pm More from A Hoosier | Liberty, you are on a roll today. Still laughing. |
