Humm... So an officer of the LAW, in the act of apprehending a suspect of a crime should at his own will want to administer the punishment for that crime he should do so... Hum... thats and interesting approach. That would save big buck verses using a court system. No Judge or lawyers, no prisons or jury's. Humm... In the fascist socialist society this new method will be needed to slow the oncoming economic collapses from the trillions of dollars raping of our treasury by the one world order.

Noble peace prize quality. :)

Whether you are 6 years old or 66, you need to fear the consequences for bad behaviors. Fear and respect go hand in hand.

Suzanne, I could not agree more. No man should be above the law, not even a police man. And when a man, even a police man, flaunts bad behavior there should be consequences to that behavior. Slapping a defenseless child is bad behavior. Tasing a meager child is bad behavior.

There was no fear of criminal/administrative retribution nor was there respect of a small person of our society.

Man is still a savage to the extent that he has little respect for anything that cannot hurt him. Edgar Watson Howe

Right on Suzanne Parks! Too many people today are raised to find a place to instill blame for their problems instead of bieng accountable and responsible for their own actions...parents AND children!

Proud American, I, too, seek these principles and virtues. We're just looking in different places.
