Another precedent set. Slap your neighbors kid then taser the little brat. All is well in the world.

The special prosecutor has weighed in now. Lets see what the Mayor and Board of Public Works has in store for us.

I know I'm posting a copy of this story on my refrigerator so my kids can see it! The little darlings better not give me ANY trouble with their homework now!!!

Justice truly prevails...all those who quickly condemned the actions of these officers without knowledge of ALL the facts are justly rebuked.

Criminal action was never the issue because most law enforcement personal are exempt form most criminal prosecution when acting in the line of duty.

The issue our mayor hasn't changed. A criminal prosecution was a completely separate issue that had to see it's process before the city could continue with the firing process for misconduct, breaking departmental rules, perjury and fitness of our law enforcement personal. Now the mayor can take action that he should have taken a month ago. You don't have to commit a crime to be fired. Duh... Just attack a young special needs child with a weapon and completely loose the trust and confidence of the community of which one was to serve. Kind of what the mayor is held accountable for the next election.

By keeping untrusted high liability employees with a history of misconduct causing bodily and mental harm to children the city puts every taxpayer at the financial threat of being sued by someone. ooP's just maybe the guardian who asked for help to begin with ? Hum..... When the security of our community's children are at risk, job considerations are easy to make. Mayor.

The facts are all in. The confessions are all signed. The testimony from all parties have been given.

The simple fact no resignations were offered shows those in question don't have the honor to serve our community in the first place.

lets just hope it works out in a way that citizens see them held accountable for their actions and not just a slight smack on their preciouse little hands that give all honest hard working officers a bad name and yes even i know there are some out there its hard to see them for what they are for idiots like these in the headlines

The child was out of control! Sometimes force should be used and this was one of those situations. I side with the officers on this situation. The child needs to learn that there are rules in the world.
