do you mean like in....manhole covers (52 of em)being to high but signed off on for the Morgan St. project... that they are going to FIX this year. Or the land slide at the housing addition on Lincoln street? Or like the sink hole on Ohio reet that plagued the City for years and SEVERAL repairs later ( to be continued?). Or the Garage Door frames on the NEW Fire Station that are rusting through already? You mean the guy that checks the contract work for the City, has been Project Manager for some and signs off on the finished products for payment on the Citys behalf?

Is that what you mean by "Holloway do you know anything?"

Me thinks me has the answer.................

Before anyone rushes to fix blame for this particular "sinkhole", it would be well to recognize that the June 2008 flood has made a number of lasting changes to our terrain and, in particular, our sub-terrain. The problem may well be not with the sewer system, but with it's surroundings. New channels of water movement were created by that flood. It is nobody's fault. We will have to deal with those changes for many many years to come.

Mr Holloway has a way of learning on other peoples DIME look at the new Water Tank. The City payed 300,000 more then the lowest bidder. Drive by the new tank see if you can see missing parts I can. Everything this City has done in the past ten years to twenty years has been Holloway one of the good ole boys.
