Although, One could make a case that if it is legal to rip the arms and legs off of a live screaming baby in the womb while murdering it then why should a couple of broken bones and bruise be treated different. At least they didn't kill the baby. Right ?

That is the question many teens toil with when trying to make logical sense of these matters.

If this hasn't been used as a legal defense yet, given time, it will.

This is why we can't leave the definition of " Right vs Wrong " up to mere men.

Many people have said this for years. Having a child should be a privilege not a right of passage.

There should be a battery of tests performed including drug and psychological exams to determine if those immediately responsible for the care of a child suffer from ADHD, OCD, CRS, DMF or whatever acronym the medical profession wants to pull out of their @##, as well as financial checks to see if someone is WORTHY of the responsibility of RAISING a child.

How do you "forget" that you left a child ANYWHERE? Hot car or otherwise. There is no excuse for this. "It was a mistake" doesn't cut it and she/they should have EVERY child taken away from them FOREVER.

This @$#%! makes me sick....it also makes me want to enforce the practice of "an eye for an eye".

What can you expect from crackheads? We work our ass off to provide for them dont we? Since they are completely capable of getting a job but wont because the Govt. will pay there way?? The sad part is there are people and couples out here who cant have kids and want them so bad then you have duchebags like these people who dont know what they have and dont cherish them!
