Not trying to sound racist here but, I dare you to turn the news 6,8,13,59 one night and you will see several stories of murder, rape, robbery, drug dealing in Indys darkest neighbor hoods. Like I posted several months ago. If we continue to let White women to bring in Black Trash Morgan county will be no different then Indy. Why cant the good and Nice Black familys come to Morgan county? I promise you There tons of Nice decent hard working Black familys out there. All I see when I drive thru martinsville is Black men and a fat White women!!!

Hummm..... Now what was that we've been taught of late....oh ya..." surely the police acted stupidly "... ya and let see......" it's obvious this was racially motived"....

Wasn't easy to remember. Our new leaders in Washington's new way of thinking is hard to get used to but I'm slowly getting used to it.

The Mayor needs to hold a beer summit on the front lawn of the court house and smooth this police mistake over.

Ladies and gentlemen, Lower Taxes Less gov presents to us theis evening the language of a closet racist. This mentallity and hate speech is why our town has such a terrible reputation. Shame on you for passing judgment. So yeah, lets break this hate speech down so maybe you or someone you love can spot these bigots call them out on stuff like this.

And there it is. The presumption that the acts of a few reflect the entire group of people. The innuendo in use of language; what the heck is "Indys darkest neighborhoods"? Not well lit? Lets give this non-racist commenter the benefit of the doubt and assume so.

Right. Because Indy is full of minorities (black people) that only want to rape, kill or rob you. But lets not jump to generalizations here. After all, this black person was a bad black man, right? Well for every one "bad" black man in Morgan County, there are probably 10 "bad" whites. Who the heck keeps letting the white trash in? Oh yeah, they LIVE here (or come up from that crime-ridden town south of us called Bloomington). Whos the authority figure that is supposed to stop this from happening Mr. or Mrs. Lower Taxes, Less Gov? What beauracracy would you have set up to judge whether people are good enough to live in an area and how would you have that beauracracy paid? Your very name indicates that you are a hypocrite.

Do you mean the black family that fits the ultra-white mold you would impose on them after making them submit to a standardized test that proves that they are a "Nice Black Family"? "Nice Black Families" as you put it prefer to stay away from bigots like you. They don't want to raise their children around people like you because you are a virus. You spew hate speech and try and pass it off as acceptable to the masses. Well, I think the masses have moved on from the 50s and 60s..so should you.

Agreed. It's a darn shame you don't believe that statement though. If you did, you wouldn't have to reassure yourself and your proposed audience that you aren't a bigot (which indeed you are). You wouldn't need take the defensive posture to deflect the rest of your comment's impact on the minorities you offend by making your "promise". But I'm all for giving the benefit of the doubt to you; maybe you don't know you are a bigot. Maybe you should seek counseling to discover your true nature.

Ahh, The icing on the cake. The bigot sees something they don't like and, through their own pre-conceived stereotypes, they pass judgment. This is ignorance at it's worst right here...a true example of the stigmas we face as a town today.
I will call you out, and any other bigot out, everytime; I challenge everyone who cherishes diversity and freedom to do the same!

Yes, I know. I work with them every day at my job in one of the "darkest neighborhoods in Indianapolis". I agree with JTW - Why in the h-e-double hockey stick would they want to move to Martinsville and live next door to you?
