Seems to me that unless you simply need an armed escort to get your meth shipment through town, having a marshal with no jail would be something akin to having a gun with no bullet. |

They weren't refusing to process them but officer Carlyle was not allowed in the jail he was met at the door and the inmates were turned over, however due to his lack of crediability the prosecutor also was declining to prosecute cases in which he was involved. So yes if any criminals want to preform any wrong doings they have the last few weeks of the year as a christmas present from our outgoing board. |
