Carlyle is everything a law enforcement officer should NOT be. A bully, intimadates the people less able to resist and uncooperative in the town business. Also from the public record he is known to be most unfamiliar with telling the truth.

I think maybe the bathwater should go out with the baby. There is a lot of stinky floating around Brooklyn right now.

I would just like to know what kind of dirt Carlyle has on Boles and Sams that makes it possible for him to control those two like little dancing marionettes. I mean really! Are they dumping toxic waste in the town, are they bilking the town out of millions of dollars, are they having an affair, are they crossdressers or did they have sex change operations, etc ??? WHAT IS IT?!

It may not happen for a while - but as long as Carlyle, Sams, and Boles are free, there is a credible risk of violent acts. Watch out for suspicious fires, daytime 'robberies', home invasions, B & E... The sherrif better stay close and keep the rest of the council and Hester safe. Any retaliation against them will not be taken lightly.
