Is it just me or does anyone else notice that the majority of theses accidents shown and most of the ones I see on the roads are 4x4 SUV's and 4x4 Pick Up's? Do these people think that just because they have a High and Mighty 4x4 they can go at any speed and stop on a dime under any conditions? On the way home from Mooresville yesterday afternoon we saw 2 wrecks on SR 144 East of Mann Rd. BOTH involved 4x4 vehicles. One was a Chevy Trailblazer that was upside down and the other was a Green Dodge Ram 4x4 on the White River Bridge that smacked the wall on the bridge. Look people....just because you have a 4x4 doesn't mean you can go faster than everyone else and be safe. SLOW DOWN!

Everytime i see or have an SUV or 4x4 zoom past me in icy weather, I am hoping so that I will see them further down the road over an embankment just to teach em they are NOT above me or anyone else!

Why did it take the state 4 hours to salt 144.It was nothing but ice. Madison fire had a 4x4 truck on 144 driving way to fast for the road conditions. Live and learn.
