I hope he moves next door to one of the judges that heard his case in the Indiana Supreme Court.

“It used to be the victims were never told when an inmate was being released,” he said. “Now they are told and plans can be made.”

Plans such as what? Pack up your life and move four states away? Witness protection program? Hire a round the clock security guard? I just don't understand the justice system. Life should mean life... and death should mean death.

In trade for his "education and good behavior" the victim's family gets to worry and look over their shoulder for the rest of their lives. So really... they are serving the rest of his sentence for him. It's ridiculous. I feel sorry for them.

He served his time.Do you only believe in the courts when they put somebody in jail?
Are they always right then?But wrong when they let somebody out?you cannot have it both ways.
