I find it very hard to believe they would not be able to find anyone else who is willing & able...this is very likely a control issue. Unfortunately, that makes these individuals PRIME candidates for the higher-up positions in Morgan county/Martinsville city government...they're showing early on that they know what type of corrupt behavior gets the votes of other like-minded individuals. Bunch of hillbilly inbreeds! |
