Why does anyone care if a man marries a man or a woman marries a woman? Whatever floats your boat.

Hoosier. Why we care is because of its implications for the salvation of the persons involved. We should make no laws that sancion sin.

I will first let out a big sigh. This is caught up in the same type of debate category as abortion. It will be endless.

First and foremost I am a Christian. I agree with you Nobody. The Lord is very clear on his definitions of "Sexual Immorality". However, understanding that in today's world our dominant shared opinion is diminishing in this country.

I don't flat out hate anyone. I get very enraged when I see people holding signs that say "God Hates Fags". That is why the church gets the stereotype that it does, and turns people away.

I will not support any federal amendment to the constitution that either supports or bans gay marriage. Why? It's very simple I am a constitutional abiding citizen first. Marriage is a strictly a power of the state; although some may argue that states rights went away after the civil war. Marriage should be dealt with at the state level.

My secular argument to oppose gay marriage is this... How would we procreate? I have heard some say... "What about surrogacy?".... Okay...and how long has that been around? My second part is this... Life is one big choice, outside of breathing and dying. I witness people jumping in and out of the so called "Closet" all the time. That tells me it's a choice.

In all respects its very easy for someone to just mind their own business and pay no attention to your neighbor and let them do what they want that is the liberal side of it.

Example being...
How is it going to affect you?
How is it going to affect Indiana?
How is it going to affect Martinsville?

I can see how that can be a logical argument. I just can't in good conscience support it. It's seems to be by it's very nature unnatural.

Nobody, if in private or public the relationships will continue. Is it not between the person and their creator?

10% unemployment. Jobs? Where? Hey, let's go after teachers and ban gay marrige in Indiana (which is ALREADY illegal here). AND, reshuffle the criminal system when no one is looking (because the jails are 99% packed)

Be-deep-ba-deep-ba-deep, that's all folks, from the career politicians of Foley and Bray. Keep elected em' Morgan Co.

Hoosier,

1) It's immoral

2) It's unnatural

3) There's no such thing

4) Marriage is a religious institution

5) Doesn't it seem strange to you that the left is openly praticing the non-marriage child barring of children between mem and women yet are pushing heavily for a false marriage between same sexes? What's wrong with this picture? In other words, they are trying to destroy the institution that has brought the most stability in our society; a complete family.

all I am gonna say is we have a law called separation of church and state then why is the government gonna say it is illegal for a man to marry another man or a woman marry another woman because the bible says not to sounds like a double standard as to what in church is separated and what isn't. if the separation of church in state law is to be upheld then there shouldn't be any laws stating 2 same sex couples can't marry legally in Indiana end of story

I think I know what Republican stands for. Replicate us or we will pass laws to punish you and ensure your compliance. Sound about right?
