Pro public education rally set
read more recent story comments Reader comments| Liberty Saturday, February 12, 2011: 2:35 pm More from Liberty | Martinsville Parents, As you can see we have a NEA union instigators infiltrating our town not only causing discourse among our families but spreading propaganda and staging anti-family protest in our street against our own government. They are the very ones who are allowed to teach be close to your children. Now they are showing the socialist union terrorist technical with this rioting to our children. Unbelievable. Do not let then scare and intimidate you with this threatening our small towns families. They are using UNION propaganda to spread the LIE that public education is under attack. They know they are LYING because charter schools are PUBLIC EDUCATION. All the state our leader in the state are doing is removing the control from the union that controls them and is responsible along with the politicians for the collapse of our public education in this country. As you can see their young union instigator is using this paper to decimate union propaganda and instigate a possible riot while our children are watching them. This is the very thing I have been exposing for sometime. This is what it's all about. I suggest every concerned parent show up with a sign showing support for school choice and against the socialist union operative that are infiltrating our town to riot against our choice and freedom to have a say-so in our children education. Also be sure to take close up pictures of each teacher who is protesting our government. Then submit them to MorganCountyTaxpayer.org for posting. I've been told they will put the government union protesters pictures, with any names provided, on their front page for the public to inspection. They will also be open for a petition to the school board for the removal of any salaried teachers or administrators involved in protesting our government. That's all I've found out as of 5:00pm today. Who would have thought all those NEA union teachers who lied about caring for the children would finally come out of the closet as the union money leaches and try to stop your rights as parents. We need to support GOOD public education and not the union failed prisons they work for. Charter Schools will be one of many public school choices this new law, that protects the children and their parents rights, will have. If a voucher system is included it may help you pay for your private school tuition like Tabernacle or Mooresville Christian. Support Parents right for a SAY-SO in your children education and stop letting the union teach your children to lie. |
| Liberty Saturday, February 12, 2011: 2:35 pm More from Liberty | Charter school choice is the only pro-public school choice. Anything else is a LIE. If anyone tells you this union organized protest isn't a union event .....what? did that union teacher say ?. Just read the article. Look, these union thugs who are putting this on are the same thugs that pays $ 700.00 per year to fund the ripping apart of live baby's in the womb. If anyone supports people who do that and makes false heroes out of those "nice teachers in the past who did the same then shame on you. If you continue to support those responsible for the killing and dismemberment of baby's through their funding of abortion then you aren't any different than they are. I'm not being mean about it but I'm just dealing with facts and honestly calling a spade a spade. I base my assessment on current published fact. I feel good about my position on that. I'm sure all these teachers of the past were nice to you and you may have liked them but if the paid for the ripping and burning of babies then the facts are the facts. Nobody made them do it. This isn't my opinion. It is a fact they don't deny and they even teach the little girls in school they too have the right to kill their baby's. Google "NEA Abortion" And " NEA SEX " So, the line is drawn. What you do and support is between you and the Lord. Not my business except one little thing, the parents of this state has put the trust of their children in my hands along with every other taxpayer of this state. Not many asked for it but these parent found it easier to trust the taxpayer and I like millions of others are putting the education of their children as more important than some childish girl-school crush on a baby killing teacher and their blood sucking unions interest in the taxpayer treasury. There are a few good teacher who have morals and won't fund the killing of children and the promotion of it in schools. CHARTER SCHOOLS ARE PUBLIC SCHOOLS. The only difference is they operate on a performance basis and don't use taxpayers money for their buildings. Now ask your self this. Even if you want the baby killing to continue to be funded through the union teachers pay checks we give them, why wouldn't you want them to be judged by their performance as a teacher of our children.? That's a serious question because outside of not wanting parents to have a say-so that's the only thing this union rally against any government action to improve the schools is about. Notice how the union organized this before the parent get off of work ? The school board meeting from here on out, till they can be replaced through election process, should be packed with parents demanding a choice for their children. Remember the legislature also was working on a law to protect the exploitation of the students by the union teachers on these kind of matters. This has not been made law yet so like always the union teachers will be bombarding the children Monday like they did today. This is so abusive. With the internet and Google there is no excuse for ignorance or anyone falling for blatant in your face propaganda. Peace :) Parents, as you can see |

Well said Greg |
| Owl Saturday, February 12, 2011: 3:07 pm More from Owl | Liberty, Have you ever heard of a television show entitled "conspiracy theories"? It compelled me to think the following, That you are involved in a conspiracy, working under the influence of Mitch Daniels and his administration to rally support for his educational bills. I would even take it a step further and say they have at least one per local news outlet across the state. Am I anywhere close to being right? I am more then likely wrong, and that show is crazy, but I couldn't resist posting the humorous thought on here. As you say... Peace :D |
| Liberty Saturday, February 12, 2011: 3:57 pm More from Liberty | Hey owl, I'm sorry but we threw the TV out sometime back. Because of all the crap and conspirisy therys it pushs. Consirisy...hummm wonder if I could make some money from the gov on this....na Owl, this is about CHILDREN only. NOT ABOUT TEACHERS, NOT ABOUT THEIR UNIONS, NOT ABOUT THEIR JOBS. None of that has anything to do with education. But I can see that with so many in today's society caught up in the illusions of NEA unions it may seem like I'm way out there. But guess what , I am only with the MAJORITY in Indiana on this subject and these few union self appointed thugs are in a small minority. In this county they don't even register. If they did they wouldn't have to get out and shout and scream in streets to be heard. I, as a Christian, am very disappointed in the ones who are on here talking about teachers and their jobs when the topic is only Children and the Education. Do you know what the statistic is for a christian family who sends their children to the GEC system is ? Between 70 and 90% of the Christian students who are made to go through the GEC system will leave their faith after the system is finished with them. Some will wear the badge for the family sake but real faith is gone. Hey Owl, I appreciate your humor. I have such a beef with I69 that I don't think teaming up with Mitch is possible, but I, like the majority in Indiana, I stand by this one. I'm curious of those who would be against it but as I see here they all have some attachment to the union present or past or through friendships so I guess that may explain why they would stand against the vast majority of Hoosier families wanting the right to have a SAY-SO about their children education. Good posting with you Owl, It will be interesting how this plays out. Peace :)) |
| Liberty Saturday, February 12, 2011: 4:10 pm More from Liberty | This is for those who may think I and the majority of concerned parents are making up conspiracies. http://unitedfamiliesinternational.wordpress.com/2010/07/29/education-establishment-is-not-a-friend-of-the-family/ http://www.crossroad.to/Excerpts/chronologies/nea.htm#1 http://www.youtube.com/verify_age?next_url=http%3A//www.youtube.com/watch%3Fv%3Dwpr_sN04j_0 See the below study and all it's sections. If anyone thinks there is a conspiricy you may be right but it's not com ing from the parents but may be the NEA. You dicide. Read it all. There are others who reascerch this also. Start your own quest from the truth and find out what the teachers aren't even aware of what they are cought up in under the union control.
Trading Facts for Feel-good Experience 1967. The NEA Journal published "The New Social Studies," which said, "...the most obvious change occurring in the social studies is a breaking away from the traditional dominance of history, geography and civics. Materials from thebehavioral sciences. ...sociology, social psychology...are being incorporated into both elementary and secondary school programs." 1988. Dr. Donald A. Cowan asked a leading question during a forum at the Dallas Institute of Humanities and Culture:"What will take the place of logic, fact and analysis in the coming age?The central way of thought for this new era will be imagination.Imagination will be the active, creative agent of culture, transforming brute materials to a higher, more knowable state...." 1956. In Taxonomy of Educational Objectives, The Classification of Educational Goals, Professor Bloom wrote, "...a large part of what we call "good teaching" is the teacher's ability to attain affective objectives through challenging the students' fixed beliefs and getting them to discuss issues."[8]
Consensus & Change through Group Dialogue 1948. B.F. Skinner (1972 Humanist of the Year) described a society in which children are reared by the State rather than their parents, are never punished, and learn only "desirable" characteristics from birth. [1] Cuddy, 25. 1952. In Crowd Culture, Dr. Bernard Bell warns: "To the Dewyites, a sound education is one which accustoms the pupils to discover group convictions and thenconform to them. This is known as 'becoming socially adjusted'. ... they assume that ... the group is always more trustworthy and wise than anyone within it."[1] Cuddy, 29. 1952. National Training Laboratories (NTL) becomes a part of the NEA. In 1986, it will be separated under the name NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science. 29 1967. The NEA Journal published "Helping Children to Clarify Values" by Louis Raths, Sidney Simon and M Harmin. It said: "The old approach seems to be to persuade the child to adopt the 'right' values rather than to help him develop a valuing process...."
1968. NEA president Elizabeth Koontz tells the American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education that "The NEA has a multi-faceted program already directed toward the urban school problem, embracing every phase, from the Headstart Program to sensitivity training for adults-- both teachers and parents." 1969.Today's Education, an NEA publication, contains "Forecast for the '70s," by Harold and June Shane. They wrote, "...ten years hence it should be more accurate to term [the teacher] a 'learning clinician.' This title is intended to convey the idea that schools are becoming 'clinics whose purpose is to provide individualized psychosocial 'treatment' for the student, thus increasing his value both to himself and to society." Children would "become the objects of [biochemical] experimentation." 1969.In Schools without Failure, psychiatrist William Glasser wrote: "We have to let students know there are no right answers... and may alternatives to certainty and right answer."
1972. William Glasser's Institute of Reality Therapy was affiliated with ICC (International Cooperation Council (which became Unity-and-Diversity World Council). Rejecting the ICC "proposal for New Consciousness Education, the California Scientific Information and Education Council stated, "Taxpayers should not be expected to support programs which would destroy previously held political, moral and religions convictions, in an attempt to homogenize all individuals into a common human nature and all societies into a one-world government." 1976. Phi Delta Kappan printed "America's Next 25 Years: Some implications for Education" by Harold Shane, Project Director for the NEA Bicentennial Committee.Notice that Shane used the same buzzwords that characterize Outcome-based Education today: Rather than adding my voice to those who urge us to go "back to the basics," I would argue that we need to move ahead to new basics... Certainly, cross-cultural understanding and empathy have become fundamental skills of human relations and intercultural rapport... the arts of compromise and reconciliation, of consensus building, and of planning for interdependence, a command of these talents becomes "basics"... As young people mature, we must help them develop... a service ethic which is geared toward the real world... the global servant concept in which we will educate our young for planetary service and eventually for some form of world citizenship.Harold Shane, "America's Next 25 Years: Some Implications for Education," Phi Delta Kappan (September 1976). Cuddy 59. 1977. In Social Change(vol 7, #2),a newsletter from the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science, Massell Smith wrote, "Couch the language of change in the language of the status quo. Use the stated objectives of the status quo." | Cerberus Saturday, February 12, 2011: 4:34 pm More from Cerberus | So does that mean you will their to rally against these evil teachers, Liberty? Or will you let them get away with this menacing behavior. Sounds as if society is depending on you. |
| KennyD Saturday, February 12, 2011: 6:24 pm More from KennyD | Liberty, I looked at...some of the info you gave me, and I looked on my own and I have found opposing views to your own. So I don't know what to believe. I mean........ Okay... Let me ask you this one simple questiton Just a yes or no answer for right now... If the NEA was dissolved and there was no Union representation in the public school system, what that eliminate your beef with it? My second simple yes or no reply question Do you hate all Unions or just the NEA? Thank you |

Cerberus, What the teachers are doing is just another example of their bad influence on the parent's children. The same majority that have already voted against them. They are their to pat themselves on the back and have the slimy political elements pander to them. I'll say the same thing I told Reality, what's going to happen is going to happen. It's not about me and you and there is also nothing you can do to stop it. It's obvious the parents of the state want the say-so about their children's education. To show your faces on public record against that isn't going to do anything but bring more momentum to their cause. The parents will win. The best your union can do is illustrate the need for change. Do you think a charter school is going to want to hire a teachers whose face was on record protesting their schools. Might not be a good idea. That would be the advice I would give to my boy. If I'm there it won't be to rally against anything but to take pictures. You'll see me. I think their public display of who they think education is about will help the parents understand and only confirm what the vast majority is already in the process of taking care of. Society doesn't depend on me Cerberus, it depends on the god of this world satan. The protection of our children depends on their parents and you :) I fight satans deceptions where I see them and bring understanding to the reality of matters concerning Children. Education is about the children not teachers. That's why the majority of the nation is against those wanting attention for themselves on Monday. Peace :) |

Kenny, I don't do yes or no questions but you'll find if you read all I have given you, instead of "some of the info" you won't have the need to ask questions. I will say this I don't hate anyone. Have fun reading. It does become intriguing after digging into the subject. :) |
