I,ve known Phil for 35 plus years and very blessed to know him and all his family. He has never shied away from anyone that says negative things about him, but wants to address this person (persons)to attempt to try and work things out!! Phil has always had a passion for this City and gets very concerned when accused of not doing everything he can do,, and is always open for any suggestions for the better! Martinsville is very blessed to have such a deticated Mayor!!!! DECKARD FOR MAYOR!! |
