So in this reconstruction of the system since each teacher job is negotiate solely as an individual their representation only negotiates for one. If the teacher is intelligent enough and feels self confident then I would suggest not wasting their money to have some one else do the talking. Besides they will look and be more attractive to their employer if the had those abilities. This part of the plan sets performance and qualifications in stone as the key factor in employment. Remember it's the education companies business and theirs and the other teachers profit from their collective performance. Under this plan teachers will drive out dead-beat teachers because it will affect their profit sharing. It's called marketable self-worth in the free enterprise world. My guess as time go by the larger education companies will probable start training their own teachers to better meet their goals of performance. This will be a major benefit for those who desire to educate but under the old system couldn't afford a government union education burden and twenty years of paying back student loans to the government. Go Teachers !! . |

I have presented in pieces for debate sake in the past. I'm surely not the only one who has come-up with plans like this. They don't call common sense that for being uncommon. I do understand the stress and uncertainty of change and having never had to be responsible for one own employment in the past but chose a union to do their betting, I can say this. Once you cross that line into independence your self confidence and outlook will explode and will become evident to the students and soon will be realized as a major factor in your performance and profit sharing and annual income reflect that. Go teachers !!! |
