Trouble seems to follow a certain individual. I would recommend running a background check on potential employees. Sad to see a new type of business come to town, only to be burglarized.

My truck has been broken into several times. I open the drivers door to leave for work in the morning, and have to put my things back into the glove box, and center console. Then I just go to work. I am not going to bother the police with that. I leave nothing in there that is valuable, and I don't lock the doors so they don't damage my vehicle trying to break in.

I would follow Police Chief Davis' suggestion and take your things INSIDE! Also, write down the identifying information associated with the items.
