Prayers go out to the family and all of those affected by this. Such a sad tragedy at such a young age.

Makes me want to rush home and hug my children and to make sure that they know that they are loved. My heart aches for these parents and all affected.

Bubba- somethings are not ment to be aired publicly, this would be one of them. There is no room to place blame or point fingers, this is a sad event and should remind everyone to hug thier own childeren, and always be there to listen and lend a hand when needed.

What a sad story to read. Parents pay attention to your children. Don't let them sit in their rooms playing video games every free minute of the day. Get them involved with something. If nothing else get them outdoors walking or doing something to pay attention to them. Don't let them be a loner. Let them have friend over and let them go to a friends house, as long as an adult is there.

This is so sad. 12 yrs old! So very young. When this happened in my family, yrs ago, there were some that pointed fingers and blamed others in the family. Truth is, if anyone in the family knew this was going to happen-everyone would've done something. Sometimes you just don't know. Sometimes you can't get inside the head of a teenager & know what is going on or what they are thinking. Sometimes you can not get teenagers to talk to you no matter what you do.Sometimes they won't tell you what's going on, how they are feeling, what has happened to them. I suppose the best any of us can do is love our children, listen to them, if you see signs of depression-seek professional help, lend an ear to your children's friends when they need it and by all means when this happens in our community, extend a hand to help the family that is suffering, lend an ear when they want to talk and say a prayer to heal their pain.....for their pain is great. I know, I've been there.

I never placed any blame, I just stated the facts as I know them.
Some peole would like to know what happened. What's wrong with that...that's why we read and watch the news. Good grief.........

Just because someone wants to know something doesnt mean it is any of thier business, nor does it mean that the person who is quick to share what they know actually knows the truth. Noone knows what goes on in another persons head before they do something of this nature, were you there Bubba? Why would you inflict further pain on this poor childs family by spreading lies an innuendo? Think before you speak or type, because words can cut deeper than a knife sometimes.
