| Arse Thursday, March 31, 2011: 12:41 pm More from Arse | A Hoosier, I'm going to go out o a limb and guess Obama was your candidate, now your president, now do something with him. |
| Sasu51 Monday, April 4, 2011: 10:57 am More from Sasu51 | Ahoosier you must be a liberal. I just returned from Afghanistan less than 2 months ago and if you think the ONLY reason we are there is for oil, you should really do more than watch CNN. Get off the liberal bandwagon and educate yourself. Justin is my nephew and i'm very proud of what he has chosen to do with his life. |
| A Hoosier Monday, April 4, 2011: 6:21 pm More from A Hoosier | Sasu51, I do not hold you or your nephew accountable for buying into the propaganda that you have been fed. Without it you would not have enlisted. Make no mistake it is ALL about the oil. Ask yourself....where are the largest oil reserves in the WORLD? #1, Saudi. #2, Iraq. #3, Iran. Where is our next target? Iran. Where are those weapons of mass destruction? How many civilians have been murdered? How many civilians displaced? How is it that the US spends 50 percent of the total worlds dollars on military? I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. Violence has never solved problems. |
| Sasu51 Tuesday, April 5, 2011: 4:28 pm More from Sasu51 | A Hoosier did your liberal, tree-hugging butt just tell me the only reason I enlisted was because I bought into the propaganda? (I have served for the better part of 20 years and still serving) It's people like you that make bring down a great country. The tree-hugging conspiracy theorists. How can you sit back and spout garbage about the military like that when i'm pretty sure you have never served. Keep watching CNN aka Communist News Network for your information. Don't worry, you'll be safe tonight thanks to us that bought into the propaganda. You make me sick. |
| Ratcatcher Tuesday, April 5, 2011: 6:12 pm More from Ratcatcher | Since going into Iraq was "ALL about the oil" then I guess that means our troops have been over there manning the wells and exporting that oil straight back here to us. Is that why gas is $3.85/gallon? Because we took all that oil from Iraq. If that is the case as you say then I don't want the Iraqi oil. I say we give it back so gas prices will go back to $2/gallon. And as far as oil reserves go the US has plenty. Why won't Obummer let us drill in the gulf? Why not open up Alaska and drill, baby, drill? Oh, I know...It is a giant conspiracy by our government to have an excuse to keep sending troops to the middle east. Is that what you think? Sometimes violence DOES solve problems. One only needs to read a few history books. Surrendering and becoming slaves to another invading country because you don't believe in fighting certainly doesn't solve anything. Shalom. |
| A Hoosier Tuesday, April 5, 2011: 8:04 pm More from A Hoosier | History books? Awesome. Class is in. Iraq had their oil controlled by U$, Britain, and a few others after WWI till the Iraqi people got tired of other countries making off with their resource and leaving the people of Iraq poor and without. A revolution occurred. The foreigners were kicked out. Iraq continued to operate their wells independantly, selling oil for food due to sanctions by the U$ and Britain. The U$ and Britain were unable to move Suddam to let foreigners back into his country. So out he went, overthrown by the U$ with the help of Britain. Today, the new administration of Iraq is again working with the U$ and Britain to again short change the people of Iraq. Oil will never be cheap again. We had an oil peak in the late 70's early 80's. Do your own research. Without oil the economy will pit, the U$ feels it must keep Americans up to their standard of living to keep control. Obama will not be reelected, just as Carter wasn't, because he is trying to tell you this is coming to an end cheap oil. Who put the first oil well in Iraq? Where did BP start and with oil from where? Do a little research about topics before you start talking about things you know little about, my advice for the day. Any oil to be had in the U$ will be difficult to obtain and expensive. And will not last. Look it up. Rupert Maddock is in bed with big oil companies, mainly the Koch brothers. If you don't know who these kids are, look it up. History class is over. |
| A Hoosier Tuesday, April 5, 2011: 8:11 pm More from A Hoosier | Sorry, I didn't spell the jerks name right. Rupert Murdock. |
| Sunny Tuesday, April 5, 2011: 9:26 pm More from Sunny | Justin Sciscoe, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for your service to us and your country. As a fellow member of the community I am proud of your accomplishments. Thank you. |
| whatever Wednesday, April 6, 2011: 3:27 pm More from whatever | In response to becoming slaves to another invading country-uh "Rat" I'm sure your whole line of ancestors helped to INVADE this country and took the Native peoples lands, burnt and forced them out of their homes to relocate to some of the crappiest parts of this country. The Native people would take all of the billions the U.S. government owed them if they actually recognized the United States as a country. Many elders do not and never will. What the US did was to send them to Indian schools and cut their hair, take away their language, their culture, force religion upon them without them wanting it. Native people were given the right to vote in THEIR LAND after all of the invaders, women and African-Americans. Look it up. Freedom of religion passed in 1978 I believe. I really had no opinion here(on the soldier) before I read that bit about the violence. There were over 500 Native tribes in this country in 1492-that is not the case anymore. 500 years of genocide, of violence, thievery, raping women, U.S. Calvary killing the innocent at Wounded Knee, Ft. Miami(or Ft. Wayne to everyone now), Ft. Niagara, , Tippecano, Vincennes, Ticonderoga, etc, etc.. Violence is not the answer. |
| A Hoosier Thursday, April 7, 2011: 12:11 am More from A Hoosier | In case you were wondering, Libya has the ninth largest oil reserve in the world. Crazy right? |
