Except, apparently an English teacher.


A merger between the Martinsville and Washington Township fire department could happen in the future and could be a cost cutter, but he hasn’t had time to study it.

I'm curious as to how one would know this consolidation could be a cost cutter if one hadn't had time to study it.

Thank you, Mr. Kivett, for making my decision a little easier.
