Even Mr. Hogan, who is uncontested, had the courtesy to respond.

I'm convinced Mr. Spina is better suited for filling the change machine at the car wash and sweeping up the peanut shells at the restaurant.

Phil Deckard is the best bet for Martinsville Mayor. He did a great job before and will again.
I think some of the ones running have a history..I'll leave it at that. Check them all out and make sure you know they all have an American Birth Certificate:) If they say in there speeches anything about Change...Do not vote for them. Phil Deckard Best Bet!!!

Shipwrecked. That's a real loaded post. American birth certificate? What is behind that? And any change would be bad? What needs to stay the same....everything? If the same people get elected that are in right now, do they need to do anything differently? I'd like to know more.
