IPL is wasting money. The water is barely drinkable and is brown more often than it should be. Did I mention OVER PRICED?

This decision was was likely made due to contaminated ground water. Coal burning byproducts such as fly ash and heavy metals may have taken their toll on the aquifer. IPL certainly did not make this expenditure out of corporate benevolence. The "whys" of IPL's decision should be further researched.
