I for one am truly thankful to have Rural Metro serving Martinsville with Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulances and hope that they continue to servethe community. I have a son that was involved in a serious motorcycle accident recently and the personnel staffing these ambulances were very capable and professional in doing emergency medical services for him. They along with Martinsville Fire Department responders and Lifeline were very instrumental in saving his life and limbs. I cannot thank them all enough for doing such a wonderful job. I hope that Rural Metro and the City of Martinsville can continue this great service for all.

Someone needs to Google "Rural/Metro buyout" and read all about the law suits, FBI investigations and FTC interventions.
