Dianna has been my physician for years, at this time I have not been asked by her to move with her, but will certainly do so! The only contact I had was a letter from the local Hospital that indicated I would need to transfer to another PCP! I had to call to verify I would have the option to retain Dianna as my physician.

Dr.Boyer has been my Doctor since 1991 and she has not mentioned her move to me at all. I also have only received a letter from the hospital and it doesn't mention I have the choice to keep her as my physician. I will follow her even if I have to drive 30 miles to see her.

Laux is a joke and any doctor would be smart to leave his leadership, and his sinking ship hospital.

Eventually everyone in Morgan County will come to realize that I.U. Morgan Hospital is NOT YOUR COMMUNITY HOSPITAL. This is certainly not the first lawsuit that Morgan has filed where St. Francis is concerned. God bless you Diana and thanks for doing what you feel is best for those you serve!!

If Dr. Boyer moves to ST. Francis I would go to her in a minute. I have not had her as a doctor for a few years just because I do not want to be at Martinsville Hospital. No hospital better than the Heart Center at St.Francis. She was my doctor for many years.

Dr. Boyer has also been our Dr for years and never once did she ask us to move with her. We discussed the options and I told her that if I was to ever have to be hospitalized for longer than over night, I would ask to go to another hospital anyway. so her moving to St. Francis settles that problem should it ever arise. We too received a letter TELLING us we would have to chose another Dr affiliated with Morgan County. It's easy to see why Morgan County Hosptial does not want to loose Dr. Boyer, look at the the support so far and I predict there will be tons of comments on this. Blessings and Prayers to Dr. Boyer!

I have heard nothing but positive surrounding Dr. Boyer. She is an asset to this community whether she is paid by IU Morgan or St. Francis. She should have a choice for whom she works for and her patients should have the same choice who they want as their doctor. Why would you want to retain someone who doesn't want to be retained?
If IU Morgan is to be taken seriously they need to build up a reputation that becomes second to none. Mr. Laux get your team together and recruit, recruit, recruit. Let them file litigation and test the results.

I am a patient of Dr. Boyer and she did not ask me to move with her, however, I intend to follow her. I have never considered myself a patient of the hospital! I chose her not the hospital. How dare you pull a stunt like this.

After my experience with Morgan Hospital over 25 years ago, I have not encouraged or advised anyone to seek care there. St Francis has been my go to hospital. The professionalism and care towards you as a person is at such a higher degree why would anyone frequent Morgan?
