And to think that in eight years he can block access to his arrest and criminal conviction. In fact, he can ask that the arrests for the dismissed charges be blocked in a little as 30 days.

Another dealer and thief let loose in Martinsville. The police should look at all the dealers that are selling to others getting them hooked on drugs. Martinsville is over run with drugs. Spice should be off the market and not for sale. It is being sold locally. How many teens are smoking pot and using other drugs. Checks should be done on whose selling their legal prescriptions. I would think a pharmacy would get suspicous and report them and doctors be more careful about prescibing more than one prescription at a time.

I wonder just what took so long to bring this case to justice. He was in jail over a year, apparently, waiting the State to make its case. What happened to a right to a speedy trial? No wonder we had to expand the local jail.
