Wow. How do you comment on such a great game? This time I think the MVP award needs to go to the entire offensive line. #s 12, 21, 22. 24 and 31 did an outstanding job taking care of the ball, but did you see the openings and the blocks put on by the O. line.

I would also add this. Taking into consideration that I was unable to attend last weeks game against Mooresville, it almost appeared that the defense told the offense, ok, we've gotten you this far, now it's your turn to take care of business. And did they ever. Don't get me wrong. The defense made the stops when they needed too, it just seemed like they weren't functioning on all cylinders.

The team pulled themselves up from the ashes of a nasty 0-4 start and finished the season in grand style. I don't think anyone would have thought they would have came back to win the last five games. Maybe 1 or 2 but not all 5. Beautiful! Absolutely beautiful!

Nicely put, Danny! The best part of it all is that it isn't over! This team could make some waves in the Sectional. It is an overused term, but this team is gelling at just the right time. I believe it has been over a decade since an Artesian win in the Sectional, and this team will put an end to that drought this Friday vs. Whiteland. Come out and support this fine group of young men at home this Friday night!

Congratulations to our Football team!
I hope our stands are full come Friday night! My problem is with the Admin. of MHS. Does anyone know anything about why some of the student section was given detention by Mr.Woody for being too "loud" at the Plainfield game? I was sitting next to them, and they were cheering "respectfully", no vulgar language being shouted, and doing what they were suppose to be doing...Cheering for their Team! I think it is so sad our Admin. cannot let these kids have any fun! If they were being unruly, or using vulgar language...that would be one thing! Earlier in the season...Mr.Woody, and Mr. Heacock collected their bells, and horns, and threatened the kids with out of school suspension if they brought them back! Has no one watched Operation Football?! Really!!!! How pathetic! Dare them to take my "Bell"! We parents have been making a point of watching the Admin. at games, and they are ridiculous! I think all the parents should bring all the bells, and whistles they have...Student section...place yourselves all over the stands....Cheer for your team! Or..you all could wear orange jumpsuits...considering you are policed from "Cheering" at a High School Football Game!
Shame on you Admin.! Mr. Furniss...do you not believe in School Spirit?

Heard the same thing. You know we dont get a bundle of kids at the games but the ones who are there, pour out their spirit in supporting the boys. Just throwing something out...why not give the kids of all ages a break on price of getting in to these events..student discounts//you might get more kids there
