Know | Since Bloomington and Monroe County are not in favor of the construction of I-69, I would recommend that I-69 through Monroe County be built with no over passes, under passes, and interchanges. This would greatly lessen the land acquisition, construction, and maintenance costs of I-69 through Bloomington and Monroe County! This would also give someone the opportunity to build a large helicopter taxi service west of I-69 in order to transport students to the Indiana University Campus; one of the largest, if not the largest, industries in Monroe County.
