I think 200,000 is a bit high you coulb build a nice home for that I can,t see that a sheltrhouse should cost that much I would just reroof it and be done with it more wasted money that could be spent on other things the park needs,

Drapalik's & Hoffman's suggestions seems like a common sense approach. I wouldn't even think it would need to have side walls.

YOU THINK THAT THE PARKBOARD WOULD LOOK AT THE OTHER BUILDING THAT NEED ROOF MUST FIX FIRST BEFORE THEY FALL DOWN.
