This boy is a child and should of been tried as one.
I think that any any other legal circumstance he would of been considered a child.

When he shot the other young man he was 41 days from being 16. He is not a child, he is a young man capable of knowing right from wrong. May justice continue to be served.

Yes, this poor little child really learned his lesson didn't he...BS!!!! I'm sorry, I don't feel much sympathy for this kid. Granted, it's obvious that his family was/is unable to provide the type of guidance that he needs to learn how be a productive member of society. That's unfortunate, but reality.

I might feel much differently if the additional planning and execution of the alleged "hit" on the kid from Brooklyn hadn't taken place. Once I heard that, it's obvious that he lives in a criminal culture. If he doesn't have the right support/guidance from family and friends AFTER the shooting and ordered retaliation from jail, and it was carried out, he's not going to get it. The best place for him is away from others in our society. Child? I'm calling BS on that one.
