Hello,
I wish i had gotten one of those Surveys...I moved from another town to Martinsville, live in city limits. My water is really bad, leaves a film on everthing..my Toilets have to be cleaned daily, a very nasty brown film coats the Toliet bowls, even with a automatic bowl cleaner, that won't keep them clean. My coffee, 1st cup and on as soon as its poured into the cup has a film on it, my coffee hasn't tasted the same since I moved here last September....does anyone else have the same issues?
I'm at a loss...

Dbentley:

I'm sorry you're experiencing water problems at your residence. If you will please call my office and give me your address, we'll see what might be wrong at your residence. We can run a test of the water as it comes directly out of your meter, before it goes thru the lines to your house and circulated throughout your water pipes, and see if perhaps that could be part of the problem. Our goal is to provide good water and we certainly want to work with you to provide same. Thank you

Dear Dbently,
Fact is the water we drink has so many pollutants in it that most is harmful without proper filtering. Annual water quality reports arrive at my place, always with the results a year or more old. Some of the (shown) pollutants are unacceptable. They are not all shown. We get same film, over chlorinated taste, strange smell, and stains. I suggest using the city water for anything but consumption. GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!
