Senate passes bill to allow Hoosiers to resist police entry — sometimes

The same thing happens when a law abiding citizen is confronted, disrespected, abused and then tased or even shot, by said officer. Point is laws can be interpreted or altered to suit the need. What if the officers are in hot pursuit of a criminal at the wrong location? Or if they falsely accuse the use of say marijuana? They say they smell the smoke and insist on coming in. Your reasonable force may be seen as unwilling to comply. You may then have a bit of a problem. 4th Amendment Rights should never be compromised or given up. GOD BLESS AMERICA!!! |
| A Hoosier Wednesday, January 25, 2012: 12:40 am More from A Hoosier | I voted for Mr. Young in the primaries, too bad he didn't win. We don't need this legislation, we have the constitution. However, most don't have a clue what it says. Back in the day, if an officier came onto a property without proper notice or warrant, the home owners kicked the living crap out of them. Imagine that. |
