| ikb50 Thursday, February 2, 2012: 11:07 am More from ikb50 | Yes Keith I remember it well! I was 11 years old and attended one of the first Sunday's Eastview met at the Y. By the 3rd or 4th visit they needed a piano player for the service and I was it. Thus my beginning of playing for church service which lasted into the new building until I was 18 and went off to college. I have great memories of playing the piano during service, with you on the other side of the sanctuary playing along on the organ. I'm sure you know who this is. Small world, now we both work for the same company!! Thanks for the memories! |

I taught a pre-school class for several years at the Y and in the new church building. Very many years ago at age 13 I had recently started piano lessons and was called upon to do the same thing. A little country church that had no piano player but me. |
