We shall wait and see who was right, but If this has been working else where it will work here. Time will tell. I think in the long run people will join the union.

OSHA visits a workplace whenever there is a danger to life or there has been a fatality. They generally visit only after a complaint is lodged with them from an employee, and then your complaint is prioritized. There are too many workplaces that are not safe, but to complain means a possible loss of your job.
You don't have to believe the truth...you can always learn the hard way.

The problem is IOSHA is short handed with inspectors, maybe they could find some people that need a job to fill the void.
