Good Grief..Is this a case of "what is sex?". If the girl was attending classes at the school then she should be considered a student. There are plenty of charges to file against this guy.

Well it looks like this is over folks. The court will slap in on the hand for being half naked in public, he'll retire with his pension and benefits and retire to Florida. Meanwhile Martinsville is left with yet another black eye.

At the very, very, very minimum, Wolf surely violated his contract and should be fired, not retired, and denied his pension. For years he's been screwing the tax payers while he pocketed $100 as, in my opion, he was molesting one of our children.

Sickening....still protecting the old guy. Maybe we should send this article to someone who would run with it...like Bill O'Reilly! Seriously! If the kid is in school they are a student. If you are 65 years old, you have NO business having any kind of a relationship with a 17 year old girl. Where are the parents in this battle? I would be livid as a parent. Also, why is Indiana law so screwed up? You are not considered an "adult" until you are 18 and cannot even have a drink until you are 21. How is it that you can consent to sex with anyone at age 16?

How long has she been seeing him? It sounds like this affair started before November. Based on this article, I believe we need to bring in a special prosecutor. If you need to have legal definition to point out "who is a student", it is a sorry day. Is this girl enrolled? She's a student! Are her parents paying school fees? She's a student. Is she receiving credits/grades for her schoolwork? She's a student. Does she have access to the school without signing in as a visitor? She's a student. This is not rocket science Mr. Prosecutor.

“We’re keeping an open mind and looking at different things,” Sonnega said. “What we really need is someone who has specific information to prove the elements of the crime — that detail a sexual relationship. Not just any relationship, but a sexual relationship.”

Excuse me, his pants were down, he was aroused and she was in the car with him. How much more proof do you need? Unbelievable... If you open your mind too widely, your brains will fall out...

SPECIAL PROSECUTOR!!!!

SPANKY FOR SCHOOL BOARD!!!! You are RIGHT ON.
Now, my question is, when he was investigated last summer (like they said he was on rtv6.com), was he placed on leave during that investigation? No, he wasn't. Who led the police officials around the school while they were investigating? I'd say our lovely Athletic Director, Don Lipps...I'm sure that was productive. Did anyone ask Wolf to take a polygraph? Even if it wouldn't hold up in court, I'd like to have heard whether or not he would have agreed to do so. This was no secret; I'm still not sure what "PROOF" of a sexual relationship is needed....a homemade video????? OMG?! What a joke this all is. I was told the girl's parents didn't agree to press charges last summer becuz they didn't want their daughter to testify and be embarrassed...all of this is sad, frustrating, infuriating, and sadly.....expected.

If the parents knew of the illicit relationship, being "embarrassed" is a small price to pay that surely would have prohibiedt other youth from becoming victims.

Looks like our prosecuter needs to grow a pair. I have seen them go after people for less.I guess it really is who you know. This is why I have a very low opinion of our town legal system.

I think following his actual being busted in the car nude with a miner, followed by all the years of mentioned incidents, combined with the prosecutor mentioning their being aware, over the years of reports and rumors, that a prosecutor would just about have to have blinders on to not comprise and mobilize immediate investigation to recover the facts, rather then to speak publicly about what he cannot do based on the singular Indianapolis police report. Ha Ha Ha, unreal

AND, if they has reason to "investigate"-since they did; being that this is the safety of our kids we're talking about...what about a hidden camera in Wolf's office? I'm hearing that is where a lot of this happened w/this girl on the weekends, etc. That not allowed either? c'mon....this is 2012...surely there was a way to catch him other than the police walking right in on him?!?
