Are they doing their work on a Time and Material Basis not to exceed or Unit Price cost analysis? The reason I ask, Unit Cost Pricing can eat up available funds due to change orders. Time and Material Not to exceed pricing is just that, will not exceed the price given. With that said, are my tax dollars being spent not to exceed $404,980 or is there a chance my tax dollars could swell into a $500,000 project cost? |
