"Goss said he has given warnings to those on go Karts and 4-wheelers running on the streets. The next step he said, is writing tickets to the drivers." I won't beleive it till I see it. Also will depend on your name.

"Town Marshal Brian Goss said it is hard to catch the speeding vehicles and there is very little that can be done about children in the streets."

Hard to catch speeding vehicles? how big is Paragon? The town has a new squad car seems to me if it can't catch a speeding motorist through town it wasn't worth the money it seemed to cost that caused all the issues back the beginning of the year.

It is hard to catch speeding vehicles when you don't patrol. The only time I see that Charger is when it's sitting at town hall or on the highway at the speed trap. No one patrols the actual town streets.

People probably can't afford to have their trash picked up. When I started with Best Way Disposal 2 years ago my bill was $49.00 every 3 months, now it is $80.00 every three months. It continually increases when the gas prices rise they charge me a gas surcharge but if the gas prices go down the price of my bill never decreases. Hoosier Disposal is the same way. I tried to have them pick up once a month & they can't do that. If it comes to garbage pick up or food for my family my family is coming first. When I go to work
everyday my job doesn't pay me for gas to come & do my job, so I don't think the trash service companies should be allowed to either!

Paragon council members lack creativity. The only solutions to the town problems seem to be force. Original.

How bout thinking outside the box. Support a park or rec area for riders. Accommodate the riders.

Encourage recycling. Encourage local trash receptacles who will charge per bag fees. Accommodate.

Encourage play areas to keep children out of the streets. Accommodate.

Governments know no other answer than FORCE.
