Lets just stick the poor people who are struggling now to pay their bills at a time when we DONT need this...course I know the system is failing, but CITY needs to take care of their streets and not tear em up for repair work and then leave them in a rutted mess of a half patched job and never going back to repair them! MARTINSVILLE.....the city of torn up streets!

I agree Parent. Did you know that it takes 5 guys to stand and watch 2 guys poor and spread concrete? It's true, I took a picture. So sad. Those 5 guys surely had work some where else they could have been completing. Glad city dollars pay them to stand and gawk!
