This is plain wrong I guess Ray,s must spread alot of money around Hendricks co.This is how the system gets people to pled quilty by bankrupting them

I agree with jdigger. This is wrong and an attempt to ruin the reputation of a good man who has done nothing but good things for this community!! A little competition is what keeps this country going. If Rays is such a respectable company and pride themselves on good customer service and community involvement maybe they should have handled this a little different and work on enforcing those values as appose to trying to bankrupt an innocent man and ruin his good name!!!!

I know Bob Miller personally and know the goodness of his heart. I am disappointed in him on this single issue. He is an intelligent man who had to be aware of the terms of his employment and the employment contract clauses that are very common in businesses of today. He didn't need to be in this position.

I am confident that he will get through this and move on, not to make the same mistake again.
