Am I reading this correctly? Charged with neglect of dependant but yet our court system will give in to occupy the needs of the convicted? Stagger the sentences so one parent can be home with the remaining children? And lets lessen the charges so one doesn't loose their job. Another one for the book of things that make you go "hmmm"

A little boy lost his life due to this neglect and now the adults want to plea so they won't be inconvenienced? This is what is wrong with the court system.

REALLY? he only gets a D felony when the boy DIED, DIED DIED!!! someone that did nothing to a child got a B felony and the child is perfectly fine, how do I know? the child is in my care and all specialists from Riley have dismissed the child saying the child is mentally and physically perfect. this is insane and unjust!! his child DIED FOR GODS SAKE!!! Where is the justice for the the little boy in this?
